4. Private

Party Type: Private
-Party occurs when we are closed to the public for general admission
-You would have private use of the facility, play area and gym (unless the gym is required for additional seating)
-Seating is provided for all guests
-We will provide two 8ft rectangle tables for food/desserts/etc. and one 6ft rectangle table for gifts/etc. (additional tables available as needed)
-Optional BYOB; proof of liquor liability event insurance is required
(The Barn Yard must be named as additional insured)

Pricing:
-The base booking fee includes the first 50 children
-Cost for Additional Child: $5.00 each
-There is no set limit on adults, but cannot exceed the total capacity
-There is no additional cost for adults
*Please Note: The birthday child should be included in the count

Timing:
-This is a 2-hour time slot
-You have 30 minutes prior access to the facility for setup
-You have access the play floor for the full 2-hour time slot
-You have use of your party space for the full 2-hour time slot
-Time extensions are only available for the last time-slot of the day and are based on availability and approval
