Private Field Trips
(Mondays in May ONLY)
Looking for an affordable and educational field trip option for your school? Look no further than this special pricing available on Mondays in May! Our package includes 2 hours of private access to the Barn Yard, a field trip host, educational activities, and immersive play. Starting at just $300, this package includes the first 50 kids. Educational Class Activity Options
Our team has designed a field trip program with our teachers in mind and we have done the prep work for you!!
Below are the themes that we offer for our 30 minute educational class for your field trip! Every class is designed to meet Pennsylvania Early Education Standards AND we provide you the information so you can just plug and play!! You will have the option to pick your theme when you book your field trip with us!!
Fun on the Farm
This super fun class activity is designed for your group to learn all about what life on the farm is! Every class is designed to be age appropriate and meet Pennsylvania Early Childhood Education Standards with gross and fine motor skills, activities and more!
Explore our World
Pick this class theme and your students will immerse themselves in the world of science, technology and math as they explore the world around them with experiments, building activities and more! This STEM based program is designed to meet PA Early Childhood Education Standards.
Community Helpers
This community based theme teaches all of our students about how our community and the helpers that we interact with every day from the mailman, to the Vet, and our awesome real-life heroes! Students will learn the value of togetherness and helping one another while meeting the PA Early Childhood Education Standards.
Sample Field Trip Schedule
10:00am: Learn with Us!
Our In-House teacher will immerse students in a 30 minute teacher-led educational class that incorporates our students needs with fun activities and lessons for students to apply to their day at the Barn Yard.
10:30am: Student-Guided Activity
Our Field Trip host will get students going with a fun self-guided activity that will have students applying problem-solving skills, movement and more!
11:00am: Explore & Learn
Students will be allowed to play freely on the floor as they apply what they learned from class to their new play time! This time will be used to make sure any student who needs extra time gets extra time to finish any activity they wanted to finish, gather belongings and have some last minute fun!
11:30am: Depart
Students and staff head back home with heads full of knowledge, refreshed grown-up minds and some memories for the day!
