ABOUT THE EVENT

We are excited to host our FIFTH Annual “Not So Spooky Halloween Night”, a free community event designed for families to enjoy a fun and memorable Halloween experience together.

Children will have the opportunity to trick-or-treat throughout The Barn Yard, visit participating businesses and vendors, and enjoy our play areas. This event provides local businesses with a unique opportunity to connect with families in a fun, family-friendly, and controlled environment.

Because the event is held indoors, you won't have to worry about the weather affecting attendance or activities.

Each participating vendor will also receive social media exposure through The Barn Yard's event promotion.​

HALLOWEEN DECORATING CONTEST

Businesses will have the opportunity to compete in our Halloween Decorating Contest.

Winners will be selected based on votes submitted by families attending our Trick-or-Treat Night.

TABLE WINNER

The winning table will receive:

• Three (3) social media posts (one in November, December, and January)

​

BUILDING WINNER

The winning building will receive:

• Five (5) social media posts

• An invitation to participate in one of our holiday events

• The opportunity to display business information or advertising near our entrance for families to view and take through October 1st, 2027

VENDOR OPTIONS

TABLE ONLY — $25

One table provided along the designated trick-or-treat path.

Table placement will be determined by The Barn Yard.

BUILDING & TABLE — $50

A reserved table along the trick-or-treat path, located near our play area and across from the decorated buildings.

The opportunity to decorate a building for the Halloween Decorating Contest.

Building decorations will remain in place through the day after Halloween.

The Barn Yard will remove the decorations and set them aside for vendor pickup.

BAG STUFFING ONLY — $10

Your business information or promotional materials will be included in approximately 500 children's goodie bags.

All materials must be dropped off by October 2nd to allow adequate time for bag preparation.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment Due: Friday, September 25th

Payment secures your vendor spot. Vendor spots are secured based on payment, not registration date. If a business registers before you but submits payment first, their spot will be secured before yours.

Important:

Vendors who have not paid in full by October 4th will forfeit their spot.

No refunds or rain checks will be issued.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION

Review the following requirements carefully:

-The event begins promptly at 4:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. Admission ends at 8:00 PM.

-All tables and building decorations must be child-friendly and appropriate for families.

-Each vendor must provide a goodie for every child who visits their table/building.

-A business owner or representative must be present for the duration of the event to represent the business and distribute goodies.

-Please bring enough treats/goodies for all attending children. We estimate about 500 children in attenance.

-Please do not leave the event early!

-ABSOLUTELY NO PEANUT PRODUCTS.

-The Barn Yard will provide one (1) table per business. Table sizes may vary between 6' and 8'.

-We recommend having two representatives per business.

-Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, if needed. Electricity and water will be available.

-To prevent significant overlap between vendors, we will generally accept only one business per business type.

-Multiple childcare businesses may participate.

-Birthday party services and play spaces will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SETUP INFORMATION

Table vendors are responsible for the setup and takedown of their own decorations and displays.

Begins at 12:30 PM
