Be a Halloween Vendor
Vendors Table/Building: October 20th, 4pm - 8pm
Location: The Barn Yard, 305 Second Ave #212 Collegeville PA 19426
Space must be decorated in a child-friendly manner and a goodie for the kids must be provided. You must be present for the night to give out Goodies to kids. Every vendor will be highlighted on our social media page
*NO PEANUT PRODUCTS *Table provided * 2 Workers per business *Must have goodie for kids! *We will only accept one business "type" so that there is no overlap in vendor offerings. This year we are also offering BAG STUFFING!!! If you would like to have your business represented but cannot attend - we will put your business information in our bags (around 480 bags) for $15!

About the Event:
Thank You for joining The Barn Yard for our second annual "Not So Spooky Halloween Night". This is a fun night that we host for the community families to come out and have a fun and treat themed night for their kids for FREE! Children will be able to "trick or treat" through our Barn Yard and surrounding vendors and play no matter the weather and Business owners will get to share their products and services to members of the community in a fun, controlled environment.
Important Vendors Information
The event begins at 4 pm on October 20th and ends at 8:30 pm. Setup begins 1 HOUR before start time. (House Decorators will have from 12:30 pm on FRIDAY TO DECORATE!!) Vendors are responsible for the setup and tear down of their decorations. Any vendors who have not paid in full by October 6th will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment but will be given electrical and water access.

Payment by Credit Card or Cash (in-person drop off). All vendors who sign up for our Halloween event will get the first "dibs" on our Christmas Play & Shop event!
