At The Barn Yard, community is at the heart of everything we do. Throughout the year, we proudly partner with local businesses to create meaningful opportunities to connect with families and showcase all that our community has to offer.We love helping local vendors shine by highlighting their spaces, services, and stories through interactive experiences like storytime readings, our much-loved Vendor Trick-or-Treat event, and flexible space rental opportunities. These partnerships allow families to discover local favorites while businesses build genuine connections within our community.Below are just a few of the ways we collaborate with and support our local businesses throughout the year.
Room Rental
(Available during the week)
Weekday room rentals are available!
We offer select days and hours for independent business owners to rent our private back room and utilize both the room and play floor for their clients (business use only). This is a perfect fit for photographers, therapists, instructors, and other professionals looking for a private, family-friendly space that’s open and welcoming.
Storytime Spotlight
Throughout the year, we host storytimes in collaboration with local businesses! We welcome you to join us on a weekday to share your story with our young guests and their parents.
The most successful storytimes include a simple craft or fun activity for the kids—something that keeps them engaged and makes it easy for parents to settle in and enjoy the experience.

After Hours Recreation Rentals
Rent our basketball court on Monday–Wednesday evenings! Rates are negotiable based on use. You choose an hourly rate or a percentage of participant fees. Private, fun, and ready for your group! Contact us for more information or for renting our space for your class, coaching event or other needs
Vendor Opportunities
Throughout the year, The Barn Yard hosts a variety of community events. We believe that strong communities are built through collaboration, a desire to do better, and creating spaces where small businesses can thrive.
